This is a strategic leadership role for someone with a proven track record in bancassurance and financial services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8–10 Business Development Executives and Deputy Regional Directors to achieve regional sales targets.
• Own and execute annual and quarterly business plans to deliver measurable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with OCBC Bank leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive structured training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives for partner bank staff.
• Ensure high-quality customer and partner service standards and timely issue resolution.
• Uphold governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Mandarin.
• 10–15 years’ experience in bancassurance or financial services, including sales leadership and team management.
• Proven track record in regional bancassurance sales; ability to share sales performance over the last 3 years is preferred.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, strategic, and results-driven.
• Comfortable traveling extensively and attending client events beyond regular hours.
