AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive Bancassurance performance across regional branches. You will lead a team of Specialists/Analysts, align with partner banks, and translate strategic plans into actionable field initiatives, delivering measurable growth and superior service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay, with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Bancassurance sales targets through monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Lead and manage Specialists/Analysts to ensure delivery of targets, productivity, and quality.
• Translate sales strategies into actionable plans and ensure execution across branches.
• Collaborate with partner bank stakeholders to review performance and drive joint action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and stakeholders to support growth.
• Oversee branch sales activities and lead generation, including bancassurance campaigns.
• Lead regular sales reviews with bank partners and provide actionable insights.
• Provide training, coaching, and field support to improve seller performance.
• Drive capability development and team engagement for overall sales effectiveness.
• Prepare and consolidate performance reports for senior management.
• Oversee servicing quality and end-to-end customer experience, including documentation and service requests.
• Support recruitment and manpower planning to meet targets.
• Drive ANP, VONB, productivity, persistency, and portfolio margin metrics.
