Job summary

CIMB is seeking a Rewards Analytics professional to support compensation, benefits and performance initiatives across Malaysia and the region.

You will collect and analyse rewards data, assist in benchmarking, budgeting and the rollout of rewards projects while collaborating with HR and Finance stakeholders. This role offers exposure to regional rewards practices and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in rewards, HR analytics, compensation or related analytical function.
• Experience in financial services or large corporate environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse rewards data from internal and external sources.
• Prepare market benchmarking reports and salary structure analyses.
• Support budgeting, reporting and governance for rewards initiatives.
• Develop Excel-based models, trackers and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders on data-driven insights.
