Job summary

Mercer Malaysia is seeking a Senior Consultant - Rewards to join its Rewards team in Kuala Lumpur on a hybrid basis. The role involves preparing client presentations, performing data analysis, and contributing to flexible benefit design while collaborating with global counterparts.

You will help manage projects, oversee analysts, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a business field and 6+ years in consulting with strong Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience including at least 3 years in Consulting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and detail-oriented.

We will count on you to:

• Prepare and structure client’s presentations/reports including performing data analysis and draw conclusions.

• Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.

• Applies computer and research skills to understand financial performance, talent management trends, and pay practices and policies.

• Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.

• Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.

• May manage smaller projects and workstreams of larger client projects while provide guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.

• Minimum 6 years experience including at least 3 years experience within Consulting

• Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information

• Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
