Job summary

BIPO SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Consultant to lead project delivery across regions, ensuring accurate requirements, compliant configurations, and smooth go-lives.

You will collaborate with Product, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams, manage data migrations, training, and UAT, and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in project implementation, business consulting, systems delivery, or HRIS consulting.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar solutions is preferred.

Job description

Configure and implement HR/Payroll systems according to project scope and country-specific regulations, in partnership with local project teams.

Support the full project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Coordinate and support data migration, user training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel payroll runs where required.

1. Project Delivery & Implementation

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Configure and implement HR/Payroll systems according to project scope and country-specific regulations, in partnership with local project teams.

• Support the full project lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Coordinate and support data migration, user training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel payroll runs where required.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and strong stakeholder relationships.

• Collaborate with regional and local teams, including Product, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide regular project updates and proactively manage client expectations throughout the implementation process.

3. Process & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.

• Track project progress, issues, risks, and action items using project management tools.

• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date for both internal and client reference.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of experience in project implementation, business consulting, systems delivery, or HRIS consulting.

• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar solutions is preferred.

• Regional or multi-country implementation project experience is highly desirable.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).

• Experience with HR, Payroll, or HCM platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or BIPO HRIS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking/reporting tools.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL with hands-on experience in data extraction, validation, and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
