Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned professional to strengthen regional procurement governance and asset lifecycle controls for SEAO projects. You will translate regional priorities into sourcing strategies, CAPEX visibility and cost benchmarks while collaborating with country teams, GRE, and finance.

Responsibilities include developing regional procurement strategies, vendor governance, cost optimisation and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to PUMA brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Procurement, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture or relevant studied.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, commercial management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-market or regional stakeholders preferred.
• Understanding of retail construction, fixtures and store development processes.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint; analytical and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SEAO commercial strategy for regional projects and translate priorities into procurement actions.
• Coordinate regional sourcing, tendering and vendor evaluations with country teams and Procurement.
• Support CAPEX estimates, cost plans and forecasting with variance analysis.
• Establish asset lifecycle controls, inventory visibility and reuse opportunities across markets.
• Own regional procurement reporting, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
