Qualifications

• At least 1 year of payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the payroll for at least 3 countries using a payroll system.
• Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure statutory alignment.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals and pay advice.
• Contribute to HR projects that simplify work and drive automation.
• Advise stakeholders on payroll procedures, statutory contributions, and income tax matters.
