Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple countries within a hybrid work setup in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role is a 12-month contract, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

You will own the payroll for at least three countries, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver insights through reports and tax filings. Strong numerical skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Own the Process: Manage end-to-end payroll for at least 3 countries using a payroll system.
• Drive Accuracy & Compliance: Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Deliver Insights: Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, statutory submissions.
• Keep Us Organized: Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals, and pay advice.
