Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in Payment Operations, Finance, or Banking.
• Experience in managing a team and directing payment operations.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily deposits, withdrawals, and transaction approvals.
• Monitor payment gateways and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related matters.
• Prepare payment performance reports.
• Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and policies.
• Support improvement of payment flow for multiple markets.
