Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Customer Service & Order Management Executive to be the first contact for customers, representatives and distributors across multi-region bases. You will fulfil and support purchase orders, follow up on backorders, coordinate deliveries, respond to enquiries and communicate changes or delays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B customer service, order management, or customer operations.
• Hands-on experience managing customer POs, order changes, backorders, delivery coordination, and customer enquiries.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English to support multi-region coordination.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for order processing or order management.
• Good understanding of inventory, planning, logistics, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil and support internal and external customers' purchase orders from a multi-region customer base.
• Closely follow up with Sales and customers on backorder status.
• Process order changes in compliance with company policies.
• Provide customer support, attend to enquiries and provide assistance as necessary.
• Coordinate and expedite with related departments on customers' orders and delivery matters.
• Proactively communicate reschedules and suggest alternative options to mitigate escalation arising from shipping delays.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Perform e-filing of invoices and all sales and shipping-related documents.
• Ensure all documentation and order processes are in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Be responsible for meeting operational KPIs.
• Participate in order management process improvements when needed.
• Continuously seek alternative solutions and value-added processes to enhance ongoing services to customers.
• Participate in stock-take activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
