Job summary

Randstad Malaysia, in partnership with an international enterprise technology group, seeks a commercially entrepreneurial Managing Director to establish and lead the market-facing commercial business in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

You will own Malaysia-originated revenue and margins, lead end-to-end enterprise deals, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing commercial team while reporting on regional strategies to Group HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of enterprise sales and commercial leadership experience, including P&L or revenue ownership at a country or business unit level.
• Proven history of building a business, territory, or portfolio from the early stages to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Malaysia-originated revenue and gross margins and lead end-to-end enterprise deals.
• Define target sectors, prioritize portfolio focus, and establish brand positioning.
• Build strategic relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting partners, and vendors to extend market reach.
• Recruit, structure, and manage the commercial team; establish sales processes, KPIs and forecasting discipline.
• Represent the Malaysian commercial business on the regional executive leadership team for budgeting, forecasting and expansion planning.
