Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Engineering leader in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia. The role drives regional TPM, KPI tracking, and automation roadmaps to improve OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and cost efficiency across multiple sites.

The candidate will establish autonomous maintenance standards, oversee sustaining engineering teams, and collaborate with global leadership to scale advanced manufacturing capabilities in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
10+ years in high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing.
10+ years in regional or multi-site leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional technical strategies supporting operations and technical roadmaps.
Lead TPM strategy deployment and KPI tracking for regional facilities (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
Drive automation roadmaps to reduce manual operations and lower unit cost.
Establish and maintain standards for autonomous maintenance and early equipment management.
Collaborate with corporate/regional leadership to address current and future technical needs.
Support MES, ERP integration and smart manufacturing initiatives regionally.
