Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years in manufacturing ops or equipment management
• 3+ years equipment maintenance/repairing experience
• Proficiency in equipment monitoring, scheduling, and maintenance
• Knowledge of GMP and safety standards
• Experience in developing training plans and certifying teams

Responsibilities

• Repair and sustain machines as equipment engineer
• Own, sustain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize assembly equipment to meet uptime/quality targets
• Drive reliability and process improvements via RCA, preventive maintenance, SPC, and FMEA
• Lead and coach a team of technicians in manufacturing operations and maintenance
• Ensure production schedules are met with strict safety and quality standards
• Oversee equipment performance, troubleshooting, and repair for operational efficiency
• Develop training and certification plans for ramp requirements
• Supervise shift schedules, rotations, and PTO for staffing
• Resolve operational, safety, and security issues within toolsets
• Collaborate with engineering to address factory health and issues
• Drive team results through goal setting and leadership
