Suntory Beverage & Health Enrichment is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for indirect categories across Malaysia and Singapore. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and Operations to develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, cost optimization and strong supplier governance.

As Sole Contributor reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, South Cluster, you will oversee tendering, negotiations, supplier onboarding and performance reviews

Competenze

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Proven track record delivering measurable savings in indirect procurement.
• Proficient with procurement systems and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities including tender management and supplier onboarding.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and value creation aligned with business objectives.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Manage supplier performance through reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, governance and ethical sourcing standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply, commercial and contractual risks.
• Drive procurement process improvements, digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Utilize procurement systems to enhance spend visibility and decision making.
• Support regional and cross‑functional procurement projects as needed.
