Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Health Enrichment, a leading multinational FMCG company, is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations across indirect spend categories in Malaysia and Singapore. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations to drive value through cost optimization and governance excellence.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing programs, deliver measurable savings, and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: tendering, supplier selection, contract negotiations.
• Deliver cost savings and value through procurement initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Manage supplier performance with KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and ethical sourcing.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks.
• Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation.
• Utilize procurement systems to enhance spend visibility.
• Support regional procurement projects as needed.
