Job summary

Schneider Electric Malaysia seeks a Principal System Architect (Pre-Sales) – Mechanical to design advanced cooling and thermal solutions for strategic datacenter customers. You will lead engineering deliverables, including chiller plant, CRAH/CRAC sizing, liquid cooling, and energy modeling, and present solutions in bid proposals.

The role requires 8–14 years in datacenter cooling, ASHRAE knowledge, and a track record in presales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–14 years in datacenter cooling design, commissioning, or presales.
• Experience with chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC, and liquid cooling.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and data center criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooling-scope technical discussions with customers; defend design decisions at engineer-to-engineer level.
• Conduct cooling-specific technical workshops with design consultants and embed Schneider standards in RFP briefs.
• Support EPC contractor engagement and participate in bid-design reviews.
• Present cooling technology roadmap to primary accounts and align with customer needs.
