Job summary

Reeracoen Malaysia is seeking a Franchise Growth and Partnerships Specialist to manage franchise accounts in the Penang region and build strong relationships across multiple markets. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to help the company meet growth objectives and partner with franchisees to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisees account and develop a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company.
• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Supervise and guide franchisees within the region and ensure operations meet KPIs.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfers, mergers, and related tasks for franchisees within the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives successfully.
• Resolve issues faced by franchisees and propose improvements and plans.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management.
• Standardize regional operational processes and implement training per HQ standards.
• Report and resolve urgent regional issues such as parcel overloads.
