Job summary

IntelliPro is partnering with a global manufacturing company to hire a Regional FP&A & Business Partnership Manager to drive financial planning, performance and strategic decision-making across the region.

The role collaborates with regional leaders, plant finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and customer-facing functions to steer growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years FP&A or finance partnering experience.
• Regional/global MNC experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience and multi-site exposure preferred.
• Strong modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP/ERP and BI tools an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify variances, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to regional stakeholders, supporting business decisions, resource allocation and growth initiatives.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
• Prepare regional financial reports, dashboards and KPI analysis for senior management.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation across finance activities.
• Support regional strategic projects through financial analysis, modelling and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations VPs and functional leaders to improve overall business performance.

The role will partner closely with regional business leaders, plant finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.

• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, ideally supporting multi-site operations.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/ERP and BI tools experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
