Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, and governance across regional operations. This role sits at the intersection of financial reporting, technical accounting, and business partnership, requiring oversight of complex accounting and internal controls to support growth across multiple jurisdictions.

You will drive the monthly close, group consolidation, and IFRS reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to implement finance

Qualifications

10+ years in accounting or financial reporting with multi-entity experience.
Strong IFRS knowledge and group consolidation across jurisdictions.
Experience strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements.
Leadership of finance teams and finance transformation initiatives.
Professional qualification and Chinese language ability (English required).

Responsibilities

Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities and group consolidation.
Manage accounting policies, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and governance.
Strengthen internal controls and automate reporting processes.
Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams on expansion and compliance.
Lead and develop the regional controllership team.
