You will lead audits, assess controls and governance, identify gaps, and report findings to stakeholders. Collaboration with Compliance, Risk and Business teams is essential, with exposure to C-suite leadership and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• CIA, CPA, ACCA or CISA preferred.
• 5+ years’ internal audit experience in brokerage/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audits covering corporate functions.
• Assess internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify control gaps and risks; provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings to stakeholders, and track remediation actions.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk and Business teams to strengthen control and risk culture.
