Job summary

TMF Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior finance professional to lead market finance reporting and governance across multiple countries. You will oversee month-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and deliver high-quality management reporting to executives.

The role requires a university degree in finance, at least five years in senior finance, strong English, and expertise with ERP and Excel. You will mentor a regional team and collaborate with P2P, O2C and MDM to improve processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance or accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Experience in multinational environments and IFRS.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern the month-end close process across multiple countries, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
• Review and validate monthly financial reporting packages for alignment with group standards.
• Deliver high-level variance analyses and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Promote IFRS compliance and continuous improvement in reporting and processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with P2P, O2C, and MDM to resolve issues and enhance end-to-end processes.
• Assist in audits and provide governance support for market finance.
