Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, and governance across its regional operations. The role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and business partnership, ensuring accurate reporting and scalable finance growth.

You will oversee group consolidation, IFRS compliance, intercompany accounting, and internal controls while driving finance transformation and collaborating with local and regional teams across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting or controllership with multi-entity experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to produce accounting position papers.
• Experience strengthening internal controls and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• ERP systems experience; ERP implementation or automation are a plus.
• Professional accounting qualification and strong English; Chinese skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual close across regional entities and group consolidation.
• Manage IFRS reporting, accounting policies, intercompany matters, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and drive automation in finance.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support growth and compliance.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team to sustain high performance.
