Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Regional Facility Manager in Penang to oversee strategic planning, operations, and optimization of building services across multiple corporate locations. You will lead regional teams, manage vendors, and drive budget planning while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of facility management/real estate experience.
• Experience with multi-site regional portfolios and outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional building operations and services.
• Lead outsourced facility management providers and vendor relations.
• Formulate regional facility budgets; support CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Prepare updates for senior and executive leadership.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
