Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to oversee building operations and services across corporate sites in the region. You will partner with business leaders to ensure safe, efficient spaces and optimal use of facilities while managing outsourced providers and regional budgets.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, vendor leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in facility management or corporate real estate, multi-site regional portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with facility management systems (CAFM/IWMS) and outsourcing vendors.
• Professional certifications in FM/real estate are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional planning and operations for building services and spaces.
• Lead and coach regional facility teams and outsourced providers.
• Formulate budgets and contribute to operating and capital plans.
• Engage stakeholders and present operational updates to leadership.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Maintain data integrity in IWMS/FCFM systems and support site projects.
• Support corporate initiatives including sustainability and inclusion programs.
