Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sales, sales planning, business analysis, or dealer network management.
• Strong experience in: Sales Funnel Analysis.
• Stock Planning & Inventory Management experience.
• Dealer Performance Management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
• Analyze lead conversions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with dealers to improve follow-up and conversion rates.
• Track sales funnel KPIs and regional performance.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Forecasting and strategic planning support.
• Stock allocation and cross-network inventory management.
• Monitor dealer KPIs and drive performance improvements.
