Job summary

Reolink in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a data-savvy sales operations professional to own weekly and monthly sales data, executing plans to drive growth and target attainment. You will analyze traffic and conversions using GA4 and FineBI, surface anomalies, and recommend optimizations to improve performance.

You will configure regional discounts, align MSRP with price notices, and oversee campaigns, site merchandising, and inventory activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) preferred.
• Knowledge of product upload rules and transaction workflows.
• Ability to drive traffic and sales expansion on B2C platforms.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of platform policies and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own export, storage, and basic analysis of weekly and monthly sales data.
• Drive annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans through execution.
• Use GA4 and FineBI to analyze traffic, conversions, landing pages, user paths.
• Configure regional discounts per promo rules, keep MSRP in sync, and check compliance.
• Coordinate Tier-B/C campaigns to hit target metrics and site merchandising goals.
• Plan SKU launches and delistings; manage inventory ledger updates.
• Support brand localization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
