Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a Contract Creative Designer for a 6-month role to bring our brand to life across regional markets. You’ll craft high‑impact visuals and storytelling assets for digital, mobile, and offline channels, collaborating with a high‑performing Creative team to translate briefs into compelling artwork.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of design experience, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and solid knowledge of Google Suite.

Qualifications

6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to full-time.
1–2 years of design experience in agency or in-house environments.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Baseline knowledge of AI image generation and willingness to integrate.
Strong conceptualization and storytelling ability.
Adaptability across online and offline design challenges.
Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design execution.

Responsibilities

Design visuals and assets (digital and offline) to build brand presence.
Translate briefs into polished designs using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite.
Adapt designs across formats and mediums with balance between vision and flexibility.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
Collaborate with teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign goals.
Maintain detail and consistency across deliverables.
