Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content and maintain a consistent brand identity across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, a good eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to use AI-powered tools to enhance the creative process. You will be responsible for producing engaging visuals for social media, e-commerce marketplaces, websites, promotional campaigns, and in-store marketing materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective visual content that strengthens brand awareness and supports business growth. This is primarily an office-based position, with occasional store visits for photoshoots, promotional activities, and campaign support.

Key responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, e-commerce banners, product listings, promotional campaigns, email visuals, flyers, and in-store signage.

Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline marketing channels.

Adapt designs into different formats and specifications for social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and print materials.

Create and maintain design templates, brand assets, and an organised digital library of creative materials.

Use AI-powered design tools to generate and enhance images, visual concepts, and marketing creatives.

Refine AI-generated outputs to ensure professional quality and consistency with the brand's visual identity.

Assist with product photography and photoshoots at the office or store locations when required.

Perform basic photo retouching and video editing for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing team and relevant departments to understand creative requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or a related industry.

A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, creative concepts, and marketing materials is required.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, or Figma.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Magnific, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency.

Basic photography, image retouching, and video-editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel to store locations occasionally and work overtime when required for campaign deadlines or special events.
