Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a talented Creative Designer to produce high-impact graphic visuals, motion graphics and short-form video content for social media, live-commerce promotions and ecommerce campaigns.

The role encompasses brand collateral, product photography, asset management and cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams, with a 9am–6pm office schedule and monthly salary of RM 3,500–RM 5,500.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in graphic design or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on graphic design and short-form video editing experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with e-commerce branding and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to produce high-impact graphic visuals, motion graphics and short-form video content (Reels/TikTok). In this role, you will elevate client’s visual identity across social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Remunerations: RM 3,500 - RM 5,500
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Social Content Creation: Design and edit engaging short-form video reels, motion graphics, and visual assets tailored for social media, live-commerce promotions, and e-commerce platforms.
• Brand & Marketing Collateral: Develop end-to-end promotional materials, including digital banners, packaging, product inserts, event signage, and offline print assets while maintaining consistent visual identity.
• Product Photography & E-Commerce Asset Management: Plan and execute product shoots, manage digital asset libraries (photos, source files, brand resources), and continuously refresh e-commerce store visuals to enhance UI/UX and buyer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and live-streaming teams to brainstorm, align creative concepts, and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and web.
• Production & Print Coordination: Oversee print production and packaging vendor coordination, ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery.
• Trend & Ad-Hoc Execution: Stay ahead of social media design trends, creative tools, and live-commerce best practices, taking on ad-hoc creative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and short-form video editing (preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms, short-form video reels (TikTok/IG Reels/Xiaohongshu), and digital campaign assets.
