You will report into the Manager, Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training and be based in First Avenue, Petaling Jaya office. The role emphasizes AI-driven analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business AI Systems, Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of reporting/analysis with exposure to AI-driven tools.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and platforms for collections management; ability to lead collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL is necessary.

Responsibilities

• AI Continuous Improvement: explore and implement conversational AI tools to enhance analytics and quality control and improve workflows.
• Data Analytics and Quality Control: use data-driven analytics platforms to identify trends, create insights and improve collections strategies; ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
