Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL is necessary.

Get to Know the Role

• We are looking for an Associate, Regional Collections Analytics and Quality Control (QC) to support the team in data-related processes as well as quality control, and analytics related processes in the Collections area.
• You will report into the Manager, Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training and be based in First Avenue, Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• AI Continuous Improvement: Explore and implement conversational AI tools, such as ChatGPT or other LLMs, to enhance analytics and quality control and improve workflows.
• Data Analytics and Quality Control: Use data-driven analytics platforms to identify trends, create applicable insights and improve collections strategies. Ensure business-related quality control by reviewing communication templates, monitoring call quality, overseeing internal processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Experience, Education and Technical Expertise:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Analytics, Computer science or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in reporting, analysis, and with exposure to AI-driven tools and methodologies. Individuals with less experience but strong interest and relevant skills are also welcome to apply.
• Experience working with new AI-powered tools and platforms for collections management and optimization. Expertise in presenting complex information and prompt engineering methods to non-technical partners and lead collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in SQL is necessary for this role.
