KT HOMECARE SERVICES AND SUPPLY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of three clinic branches in Kuala Terengganu, ensuring high service quality and efficient performance.

You will supervise branch managers and staff, conduct regular branch visits, address issues, manage facilities and inventory, monitor expenses, and prepare management reports. Willingness to travel between branches and a valid driving licence are required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in operations, supervision or management.
• Experience in healthcare, clinic or multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple branches and work independently.
• Willing to travel between the three clinic branches.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of 3 Clinic branches in Kuala Terengganu.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure all clinics operate efficiently.
• Supervise, guide and monitor branch managers, clinic assistants and administrative staff.
• Conduct regular visits to all three branches to assess operational standards.
• Address operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure proper management of clinic facilities, equipment and inventory.
• Monitor branch expenses, operational costs and performance targets.
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding staffing and operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency, productivity and service quality.
