Job summary

Private Advertiser invites a capable Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across three Johor Bahru clinic branches. You will visit each branch roughly once per week, ensure smooth workflows, and coordinate with doctors, staff, and management to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring clinic performance, stock inventory, and service quality, addressing operational issues, and supporting company events or activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in ordering medications and handling panels.
• Experience in clinic management or healthcare operations.
• Experience in managing staff scheduling, attendance and leaves.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence to travel between branches.
• Able to manage multiple branches and work independently.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and flexible.

Working Arrangements

• 6 working days and 1 day off per week.
• Flexible working hours: 7:00 AM-4:00, PM 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM.
• Working hours can be arranged flexibly, where possible, to help avoid peak-hour traffic.
