Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations, manpower planning, staff performance, training, scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor clinic revenue, patient volume, profitability, budgets, KPIs, cost control, and financial performance, while preparing reports and performance analyses for management.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery, investigate complaints and incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain relationships with patients, doctors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct regular clinic visits and audits covering billing, cash handling, inventory control, asset maintenance, documentation, SOP compliance, and operational risk management.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business growth activities while collaborating with doctors, clinic teams, clients, and internal departments to achieve organizational objectives.
