Private Advertiser seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee three clinic branches in Johor Bahru. You will visit each branch weekly, monitor performance, stock, and service quality, and coordinate with doctors, staff, and management.

You will prepare operational reports and assist with events or special activities as needed, ensuring smooth, efficient clinic operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in ordering medications and handling panels.
• Experience in clinic management or healthcare operations.
• Experience in managing staff scheduling, attendance and leaves.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence to travel between branches.
• Able to manage multiple branches and work independently.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 3 clinic branches in Johor Bahru.
• Visit and monitor each branch, with approximately one day per week allocated to each branch.
• Monitor clinic performance, stock inventory, and service quality.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with doctors, staff, and management.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with company events or special activities when required.
