Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Business Architect / Business Analyst to lead a major re-platform for cards management across regions. You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners and technology teams to shape the strategic vision and translate requirements into actionable user stories.

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with deep card lifecycle knowledge and familiarity with agile, SDLC, APIs and cloud concepts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of consumer and corporate card lifecycle and processes.
• Experience in digital banking and business process reengineering is a plus.
• Strong ability to assimilate information and gain consensus from stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication across business divisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of card lifecycle regions including issuing, acquiring and payment requirements.
• Design end-to-end business processes, architecture diagrams, data flows and interfaces.
• Translate regional requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Define and prioritize system enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with card vendors and internal tech teams to align implementation with business needs.
• Analyze processes, run impact analyses and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor business analysts and support across implementation phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, modernization and automation best practices.
