Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Cards Test Manager / Cardlink SME to lead end-to-end testing for transformations and enhancements in the Cards domain. The role combines test management leadership with hands-on functional knowledge of Cardlink platform and Cards lifecycle.

You will drive testing strategy, plan, and governance, manage SIT/UAT/regression/E2E testing, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure timely delivery through production validation and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
• 8+ years in Test Management within Cards domain.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Cardlink platform.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Cards lifecycle.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression and E2E testing.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore testing teams.
• UOB Cards experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, planning, estimation, execution and governance for Cards initiatives.
• Act as Cardlink functional SME for testing and validation activities.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end and production verification testing.
• Review requirements, assess impacts, and define test scope and coverage.
• Lead defect triage, risk management, and resolution of critical issues.
• Manage test teams, environments, test data, execution progress and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Architects, Developers and Vendors.
• Track and report testing status, risks, issues, dependencies and release readiness.
• Support deployment validation, go-live, post-production verification and hypercare.
• Drive testing best practices, reusable assets and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
• 8+ years of Test Management experience within the Cards domain.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise in the Cardlink platform.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Cards lifecycle:
• Card Issuance & Maintenance
• Authorization & Transaction Processing
• Clearing & Settlement
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore testing teams.
• Strong stakeholder, defect, risk, and test governance experience.
• UOB Cards experience is highly preferred.
