Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Developer for Cards to collaborate across the full software lifecycle. You will work with project inception, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment, delivering card-system enhancements in line with mandated frameworks.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch, plus strong experience with REST APIs, CI/CD practices, and data integration.

Qualifications

• Hands on Experience with UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from project inception to deployment ensuring quality and timely delivery of cards technology system enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date repository of system features and data maps for the cards domain.
• Coordinate with application teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and resolve risks/issues related to technical delivery.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and security testing with quality outcomes.
• Assist in source control, packaging, and deployment activities.
• Manage change management and deployment processes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation in daily workflows.
• Demonstrate 6+ years of Delivery, Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management experience.
• Hands-on coding, functional specs, technical specs, and systems development/testing experience.
