You will guide recruitment, set performance targets, and drive growth with IBs and local partners. Strong data-driven decision-making and CRM proficiency are essential.

Fluent English is required, with additional languages seen as a plus. Travel to partner sites and events will be necessary to support market expansion and client acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team of Business Development Managers and set measurable targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers and local partners.
• Collaborate with Backend Operations, Sales and Marketing to align products, services and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
