Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking a Business Development/Sales professional to build and manage a network of Introducing Brokers, asset managers, affiliates and institutional clients. You will engage with clients, discuss market trends, and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BD or sales, with a background in Forex/ Commodities/ CFDs considered a plus. Training is provided; ambitious individuals can thrive in a dynamic, global trading environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales; fresh graduates welcomed with training provided.
Experience in Forex, Commodities or CFDs is a plus.
Ambition and hunger for sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and institutional/B2B clients.
Establish and maintain client relationships to retain and convert prospects.
Monitor financial markets and discuss market movements with clients in a clear manner.
Perform market research to identify opportunities based on competitors and proposals.
Negotiate partnerships to ensure commercial viability and soundness for the company.
Support company planning and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Additional duties as reasonably required for the role.
