BD is seeking a Channel & Distributor Manager for Kuala Lumpur to lead distributor strategy, onboarding and training across Malaysia and neighboring markets. You will drive revenue through partner networks, manage agreements, and monitor performance to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant commercial experience in medical equipment devices or healthcare tech.
• Experience in distributor/channel management across multi-country markets.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, capability building, training and commercial execution across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Identify, target and engage new hospitals and healthcare networks; drive demand generation and opportunity qualification.
• Deliver regional leadership and coordinate cross-country initiatives; monitor revenue, funnel, forecast and performance.
