Job summary

BD Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks a Channel & Distributor Management Lead to drive distributor strategy and performance across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam.

You will partner with distributors to develop growth plans, lead training, and coordinate cross-country initiatives to improve market access and revenue. Strong English communication and stakeholder management are essential, with travel across markets expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant commercial experience in medical equipment devices or healthcare.
• Experience in distributor/channel management and multi-country market development.
• Strong English communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, capability building, training and performance across assigned markets.
• Drive trade sales and develop country growth plans with distributors.
• Monitor market dynamics, channel effectiveness and business performance; propose actions.
• Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
