Job summary

BD Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Channel & Distributor Manager to lead distributor strategies and drive market development across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role requires strong commercial acumen, multi-country experience, and fluency in English, with significant stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Clinical teams to optimize distributor agreements, forecast performance, and pursue

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant commercial experience in medical equipment devices or hospital solutions, including at least 3 years at manager level.
Experience in distributor/channel management and multi-country market development.
Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills; Southeast Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, and performance across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam.
Drive trade sales and country growth plans with distributors.
Set cadence of reviews with Legal, Compliance and Finance; manage terms.
Monitor market and channel performance; propose actions for growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to pursue new accounts and markets.
