Job summary

Mega Discovery (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our bakery packaging solutions in Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. You will drive strategies, build client relationships, and present products effectively to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.

The role involves market analysis, forecasting, and close collaboration with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned execution and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel to the East Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit regional targets (Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan).
• Identify new business opportunities within bakery packaging and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with excellent service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and policy adherence.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports to management; track progress and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and execution.
