Job summary

MEGA DISCOVERY (KL) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in bakery packaging across Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and parts of Selangor and Johor.

You will develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand the customer base. The role requires at least 2 years in B2B sales, strong forecasting skills, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, self-sufficient and responsible.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting and market analysis.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Ability to manage sales activities in the designated territory and meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; willing to learn new software.
• Willing to travel to explore opportunities across East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in designated regions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within bakery packaging.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors and trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development for alignment.
