Job summary

ARYZTA Food Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to meet targets and develop new business by promoting bakery product ranges to local markets and food service clients in Malaysia.

You will manage accounts, prepare monthly reports, coordinate deliveries, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors while championing pastries and bakery excellence.

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets

• Assist in tender documentation and timely submission
• Ensure inquiries and orders are handled through to delivery
• Improve customer and distributor confidence and act as liaison with customers
• Handle and coordinate all commercial documents with customers
• Ensure proper documentation and data keeping for customers
• Visit customers regularly and report results
• Prepare monthly sales reports for key customers and take actions to maintain/increase sales

Job description

Reporting directly to the Food Service Team Leader (Central Region), you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and seeking new business opportunities by concentrating on local markets and introducing bakeries, food service, cafes, restaurants, caterers, hotels, clubs, hospitals, cinemas, airports, and cruises to our extensive product ranges, as well as maintaining our existing customer base. You will have a passion for pastries and bakery, enjoy meeting people, and be an ambassador of good pastries and bakery in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets

Identify, prioritize, and execute against accounts and prospects articulated in the sales plans

Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing plans and promotional strategy for existing or new products launch to achieve company objectives and targets

Assist in tender documentation and submission on time while protecting company interest to win contracts

Ensure all enquiries and orders are well handled and coordinated till sales closure inclusive fulfilment of deliveries

Continuously improve customer and distributor confidence and satisfaction in service and act as key liaison person between company interdepartmental and customers

Handle and coordinate all commercial documents between company and customers

Ensure proper documentation and book keeping of customer data

Make regular visits to customers by recording work done and results, and reporting on them

Prepare monthly sales reports of key customers, analyse them and take appropriate actions to maintain or increase sales
