Job summary

Grab is hiring a Manager, Regional Business Finance – B2B in Malaysia to shape IFRS accounting for Grab's B2B products across SEA. You’ll partner with product, operations and commercial teams to keep reporting auditable as the business scales.

You’ll own regional accounting frameworks, interact with auditors, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance for product and commercial teams, driving consistency across countries.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in controllership, technical accounting, or audit with IFRS and internal controls.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations in digital platform/advertising contexts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex accounting into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, operations and commercial teams on initiatives; surface accounting implications before launch.
• Determine and own accounting treatment for new B2B offerings per IFRS with technical teams.
• Own regional B2B accounting framework across SEA; ensure consistent application and correct deviations.
• Identify and remediate historical revenue/cost misalignments in a controlled, auditable manner.
• Oversee end-to-end finance reporting for B2B, coordinating with country finance/SSC teams.
• Act as regional contact for group-level audit and SOX for B2B; guide country teams through audits.
