Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking a Senior Automation Business Partner to own the end-to-end ABP portfolio—from pain-point intake to adoption. You will act as a trusted advisory to department heads, assess processes, tools, vendors, and technology choices, and govern delivery to completion.

In this role, you will manage intake, prioritisation, and handoffs to Tech squads, track milestones, and maintain dashboards on pipeline health, adoption and measurable business impact.
