Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is seeking an Automation Business Analyst who works with business teams to map processes, identify root causes and quantify impact using data. You will deliver light solutions with Lark Base and prepare robust requirements for more complex systems.

Responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting current-state workflows, creating baselines, and translating findings into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Translate findings into clear business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare recommendation papers comparing quick-win and structural solution options.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, decision logs and the registry of automation ownership and status.
• Ensure requirements remain traceable from the original problem through testing and delivered outcome.
• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate UAT and post-verification testing.
• Analyse operational and process data using SQL, Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Shadow partner teams and conduct workshops to understand current processes, pain points, exceptions and root causes.
• Document current-state workflows, handoffs, systems, controls and effort involved.
• Establish quantified baselines for time, cost, volume, errors and service impact.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Build practical quick-win solutions using low-code tools and dashboards.
• Coordinate testing, go-live and post-implementation validation.
