Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships while coordinating projects from scoping and quotations through delivery and after-sales follow-up.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time delivery, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. Some travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma level qualification in engineering or business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify upcoming projects and understand customers' future requirements.
• Recommend suitable automation solutions to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, pending approvals, and project decisions.
• Obtain and review Project Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Coordinate with the engineering team on conceptual designs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Assist in preparing accurate and professional quotations and proposals.
• Prepare and maintain Gantt charts to monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with the production planner on project status, capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Provide proactive customer updates on project milestones and schedule changes.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
